- Upon completion of electronic registration, an independent commercial contract arises between the Healthcare Provider and DocLine. The relationship is limited to providing technical connectivity, promoting appointment schedules, and facilitating electronic patient bookings.
- This agreement is not a contract of employment and does not create administrative subordination. The Healthcare Provider retains full professional independence.
II.2. Licences and medical responsibility
- The Healthcare Provider represents that they bear full civil, criminal, and professional responsibility for the accuracy and validity of all licences and information uploaded through the Platform.
- Medical responsibility for diagnosis, examination, advice, and treatment outcomes rests exclusively with the doctor or medical facility. DocLine is fully released from any liability arising from professional or clinical error.
II.3. Appointment management and pricing policy
- The Healthcare Provider shall update schedules, leave, and emergency unavailability in the doctor dashboard immediately upon any change, so that patient appointments do not conflict.
- The Healthcare Provider shall not collect any additional amount at the clinic in excess of the consultation fee published and registered on the Platform.
- The doctor, or clinic reception staff, shall update the status of each booking (attended / cancelled / no-show) through the account within 24 hours of the consultation time, so that financial settlements can be reconciled.
II.4. Commercial model and settlements
- The financial terms of the selected registration plan apply, being either a specified commission on each completed attended consultation or a periodic subscription package.
- For bookings prepaid through the Platform’s electronic payment gateways, net amounts due are transferred to the bank account or e-wallet registered in the doctor’s name on the Platform’s approved settlement cycle, after deduction of service fees and banking charges.
